Who we are. Treasure Trove Games LLC is a Florida limited liability company based in Port St. Lucie, Florida, selling trading card game singles and sealed product and shipping within the United States.

Products and pricing. Prices are listed in US dollars and don't include tax or shipping, which are calculated at checkout. We make a reasonable effort to keep prices and stock accurate. If an item's price or availability was wrong when you ordered, we'll contact you before processing the order rather than charge the wrong amount.

Payment. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments when you place your order.

Shipping and returns. Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms.

Trademarks. Treasure Trove Games LLC is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast, The Pokémon Company, Bandai, or any other publisher whose product we sell. All product names, card images, and logos are the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current one.
